Dealing with life’s challenges is no mean feat. The ability to bounce back quickly is known as resilience and can be our best ally during difficult times.

In this series, Positive Group psychologists Sinéad, Brian and Elle look at diverse stories of human perseverance, and offer commentary on the coping strategies used by these truly remarkable people.

I was a Producer and Sound Designer on this excellent psychology/documentary series. You’ll hear intimate first hand accounts from the survivors of the Paradise wildfires, the whistleblower who risked her freedom to stop the invasion of Iraq, and a man who spent 28 hours lost in the Indian Ocean.

The hosts are all delightful and I found the tools and strategies they extracted from these sometimes harrowing stories extremely valuable when navigating the ups and downs of pandemic life.
